Request
Send the commodity, the specification, the volume and the target Incoterms 2020 delivery basis.

Screening
We check the applicable regulations and restrictions — by commodity, country of destination and end user; in parallel we look at sourcing options and the price basis.

Quotation and contract
We come back with a price as a single figure on the agreed basis. The contract fixes the specification, the price, the document set and the shipment schedule.

Shipment
Export clearance, loading and delivery to the agreed basis; the document set is handed over as fixed in the contract.
We screen the direction before quoting, not after. Name the commodity and the country of destination.

Every request is screened against export regulations and applicable restrictions — by commodity, country of destination and end user. The feasible direction and delivery basis are confirmed once that screening is complete. If a direction is closed, we say so straight away rather than after signing.

What commodities do you export from Russia?
We work across the commodity groups of our catalogue: agriculture, timber, metals, chemicals, fertilizers and industrial goods. Feasibility is checked for each request separately.
Which markets do you ship to?
Geography depends on the commodity and the regulations in force. We confirm the feasible direction and delivery basis per request.
What do you need from us to start?
The commodity, the volume, the country of destination and the target Incoterms delivery basis. Company details and confirmation of the signatory's authority come before the contract, not before the quotation: we start pricing earlier than we collect paperwork.
Who is the party to the contract?
A Russian legal entity operating under the ALPHA GROUP brand — OOO TD ALFAGRUPP. You sign one contract with the trading house; relations with the supplier, the carrier and the customs representative stay on our side. Registration data are published in the operator's details on the legal pages; bank details are provided with the draft contract.
Is there a direction you have worked out first?
Yes — sugar ICUMSA 45 (the international sugar colour scale) to Kazakhstan and the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). For the other goods, the direction and the basis are confirmed once the screening is complete.
