Do not know the exact grade — describe it in words.

Leave a number if a conversation suits you better than email — we will call about your request.

Do not know the exact figure — give a range: “between 200 and 500 t”.

The more precise the inputs, the more precise the first calculation. Empty fields do not hold your request up: whatever is missing, we ask by email.

In reply — one calculation: price on the agreed basis, timing and terms, not a five-email exchange. If we cannot reach a price on your subject, we will say so plainly and explain why.
