We arrange wholesale fruit import to Russia for retail chains, distributors and wholesale buyers. We work on a model of direct contracts with producers and export packers. Quality control before shipment follows the agreed specification. Then customs clearance and the cold chain to your warehouse or to the distribution centre (DC) of a retail chain.

What we arrange
- We arrange purchasing in Turkey, Iran, Egypt and Israel — and are open to new origins under buyer programmes
- Quality control in the country of shipment before loading — the procedure and the specification are fixed in the contract
- Customs formalities through licensed brokers: we coordinate, licensed partners declare
- Cold chain to the DC — we engage partner carriers with refrigerated vehicles
- Product preparation to the chain's acceptance standard: sorting, grading, packing, labelling
- We check whether import is possible for every request: phytosanitary requirements, technical regulation requirements and the restrictions in force for the country and the shipping establishment

How it works

Request
Send the positions, calibre and variety, the monthly volume, packaging requirements and the destination. That is your request for quotation (RFQ).

Season and source
We confirm the season for each position and select a producer or an export packer for your calibre and volume.
- 03 /
Quotation and contract
We come back with a price on the agreed Incoterms 2020 delivery basis. The contract fixes the specification, calibre, packaging, shipment calendar and the parties' liabilities.
- 04 /
Shipment and delivery
The batch is checked against the specification before loading, the temperature mode in transit is fixed in the transport contract, and the goods are handed over at your warehouse or DC with a complete document set.

Frequent questions
Which countries do you import fruit from?
Our target origins are Turkey, Iran, Egypt and Israel. We confirm the specific origin and availability per request; under a buyer's programme we open new origins.
Do you deliver to retail distribution centres?
Yes — within the agreed terms of the contract: we arrange the cold chain to the DC through partner logistics, and the goods are prepared to the chain's acceptance standard as fixed in the specification.
How are calibre and variety fixed?
Calibre, variety, colour, packaging and the permitted share of deviations are written into the contract specification. The inspection in the country of shipment follows that same specification — a discrepancy shows up before departure, not at the gate.
What is your minimum volume?
We work from a full truck or container. The exact volume and the shipment schedule are fixed in the contract.
What can stop a supply?
Import restrictions by country of origin or by a specific shipping establishment, phytosanitary requirements and technical regulation requirements. We check this before quoting — including the supplier against the restrictions in force at Rosselkhoznadzor: an establishment closed for import means a truck stopped at the border, not a line in the news. If a position or a direction is closed, we say so straight away rather than after signing.
