Vegetable Import to Russia
We arrange vegetable import to Russia on a model of direct contracts with producers. Field staples — potato, onion, carrot, beetroot, cabbage. Greenhouse positions — tomato, cucumber, sweet pepper. The inspection in the country of shipment follows the agreed specification; then customs clearance and delivery to the distribution centre (DC) of a retail chain or to the buyer's warehouse.

We confirm the season for each position: field staples are counted from the harvest and storage conditions, greenhouse positions from the greenhouse turnaround. We select a producer for your volume.

Programme and contract
We build the shipment calendar for the season. The contract fixes the specification, calibre, packaging, batch volume, schedule and the parties' liabilities.

Shipment and acceptance
Inspection against the specification before loading, the temperature mode in the transport contract, handover at the DC or the warehouse on a booked slot.

Do you work under long-term contracts?
Seasonal and annual programmes are the format we offer to chains and wholesale buyers: fixed specification, volumes and delivery calendar.
How does a vegetable supply differ from a fruit supply?
In rhythm and packaging. Field staples move in large batches and their schedule depends on storage conditions; greenhouse positions keep a short leg and are counted from the greenhouse turnaround. That is why we build the vegetable calendar and packaging separately from the fruit programme.
How is quality controlled?
The permitted share of deviations is written into the contract. The inspection in the country of shipment follows that same specification, and the decision on the batch is taken before shipment — not at acceptance in the DC, where there are no options left.
What can stop a supply?
Import restrictions by country of origin or by a specific shipping establishment, phytosanitary requirements and technical regulation requirements. We check this before quoting — including the supplier against the restrictions in force at Rosselkhoznadzor: an establishment closed for import means a truck stopped at the border, not a line in the news. If a position or a direction is closed, we say so straight away rather than after signing.
Is packing to a chain's standard possible?
We arrange sorting, repacking and labelling at partner sites — to the receiving chain's specification, agreed before shipment.
